Pounds Food Pantry Distributed
Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center wanted to sincerely thank all who came out to help distribute turkeys, chickens and food bags at the Thanksgiving Giveaway. More than 400 families were served! Some of the day’s volunteers included U.S. Congressman Jeff Van Drew, Salem County Freeholder Director Ben Laury, Pennsville Township Mayor Robert McDade, Pennsville Committeeman Daniel Neu, Theresa Widger of PSEG, Upper Pittsgrove Committeeman David Zeck and Mid-Atlantic’s Board President Michele Truax. Additional thanks go out to Philabundance, DuPont and Bottino’s Shoprite. Mid-Atlantic is also extremely thankful for the work of its daily crew of volunteers who come out everyday to help their fellow neighbors!

Christmas was in the air at the annual Cocoa and Colors event sponsored by Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center and the Salem County Office on Aging.
Gateway High School students recently enjoyed another successful Cornell Learning Experience as a part of its Entrepreneurship Program, a partnership endeavor with Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center.
